Do credits expire?
No! Your credits never expire. Buy them once and use them whenever you need — whether that's today, next week, or next year.
Can I use any AI model with any plan?
Yes! All plans give you access to all three AI models (Haiku, Sonnet, Opus). The only difference is how many credits each model costs per review.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our payment processor Lemon Squeezy. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not satisfied with the service, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund on unused credits. We want you to be completely happy with your investment.
How do bonus credits work?
Bonus credits are added automatically when you purchase the Growth or Power plan. For example, the Growth plan gives you 30 credits plus 10 bonus credits = 40 total credits to use.
